By accessing or using Foster Artists ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Foster Artists is a free online art gallery and search engine. It is provided at no cost to artists and visitors. The Platform exists to help artists share their work and connect with art enthusiasts.

Artists must be 18 years of age or older to submit work to the Platform. All submitted work is subject to a screening process. Foster Artists reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet platform standards.

All artwork displayed on Foster Artists remains the sole property of the respective artist. Foster Artists does not claim ownership of any artwork submitted to the Platform. The right-click function has been disabled on this Platform as a courtesy measure to help protect artists' work. Artists are encouraged to apply their own watermarks and protective measures as desired.

Foster Artists is a discovery platform. All purchases are made directly through the artist's own website or contact. Foster Artists is not a party to any transaction between buyers and artists and accepts no liability for purchases made outside this Platform.

Donations made through the Platform support the operations of Foster Artists. All donations are voluntary. Donation receipts of any amount serve as your ticket to Art Show events. Foster Artists is not a registered nonprofit and donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated.

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to copy or reproduce artwork without permission, or engage in any conduct that could harm artists or other visitors. Foster Artists reserves the right to remove any content or user that violates these terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Foster Artists makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or the accuracy of any content displayed on the Platform.

Foster Artists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

Foster Artists reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
