Foster Artists is a charity to receive donations for the projects of Design into the Future. 

This property is a Trade School for the basics.  Growing out of despair into thriving in all ways (Humanitarian Project). Design into the Future is A Space Program through "Safari" our Space Ship Hotel with mimicking Space Toys (Made in the USA). Final destination for SAFARI is LEO (Lower Earth Orbit). A Medical Program equipped with MedBeds (Humanitarian Project). The property is A Museum from early days of Western Life to Space Programs. Earning it's keep through RV rental space and storage as we build the hotel and beyond.

The property is acres of dirt, M3 zoning (heavy industrial). We have added 3 more people. One, needing to start a business to bringing in income (Trade School, basics) as myself, witnessing that helping others helps ourselves (Humanitarian Project). Another is researching excavator rentals to clear shrubs for roads. Excited to learn how to use an excavator and be paid for the labor. (Trade School basics), the 3erd is our Website & Marketing person.

Trees have been planted. Water, Sewer and Power = water tanks, septic tanks and solar, growing with technology (Trade School basics).

Green house for farming food, hydroponics (Trade School basics). "Safari" the Space Ship Hotel on the top story of a 13 story round building (M3 zoning). One of the stories to be A (Medical Program) with Med Beds (Trade School basics & Humanitarian Project). Another for the (Re-cycling Program), self-supporting space ship. Everything will need to be re-cycled. A story for the (Food Program), another a real museum. As the stories go up, renting hotel rooms. each story closer to a space ship "SAFARI".

This property is ideal for astronauts to practice living in harsh weather and environmental conditions, training their bodies to adapt. People can rent the RV spaces and help build.

This would be under the heading of Humanitarian Project.
